A real, working product
This is the same PocketCode you get on Google Play and that is described across the rest of the site — a professional Android IDE that runs on-device (it needs a connection to sign in). Features still in testing may be rougher than the released app.
Rough edges — and honesty about them
Some modules are more finished than others; the docs say exactly which. Expect the occasional bug and expect it to matter when you report it.
Found a bug?
Use the bug button in the app's bottom bar. Describe what happened and press Send: the report goes straight to the developer with a technical summary attached, with keys, tokens and file paths masked. No connection? It's sent when you're back online.
What a report includesNo dates, no hype
We don't promise release dates for upcoming features, or rewards for feedback. What we promise is transparency about the state of the app and that your feedback genuinely feeds into what gets built.
Join the open beta
PocketCode's open beta is on Google Play and anyone can join. Opt in from the tester page, then install or update the app from Google Play. You can leave the beta from the same page at any time.
