Multi-cursor

Multi-cursor editing lets you place several insertion points in a document at once and type, select or delete at every one simultaneously. Editors add cursors by click, keyboard shortcut, or by selecting all matches of a word. It makes repetitive edits — renaming variables or reformatting many lines — dramatically faster.
