Delete your account

Permanently erase your Pocket Code account and every piece of personal data we hold about you. This action cannot be undone.

If you still have the app installed

The fastest path is to delete the account from inside the app — the deletion runs while you are still signed in, so we can cascade through every storage layer in a single step.

  1. Open Pocket Code → tap your avatar → Profile.
  2. Scroll down to Danger zone → Delete my account.
  3. Confirm with your password or by signing in again with Google/GitHub.

If you don't have the app installed

Submit the form below from the email address tied to your account. We'll reply once your data has been erased.

What gets deleted

When you request deletion we erase, across all our systems:

  • Your Firebase Auth account (email, display name, OAuth provider IDs).
  • All projects you uploaded to cloud sync and their metadata.
  • Your AI chat history, snippets, designs, schemas and workflows stored in our cloud.
  • Synced settings, alias and any social interactions.
  • Your RevenueCat customer profile (subscription history is retained per local accounting law for the legally required period — see Privacy Policy §6).

Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices for tax/accounting compliance) stay only for the minimum period required by law and are then deleted automatically.

We process requests within 30 days of receipt, per Google Play and GDPR requirements.
